1. Review and approval of minutes from Education Subcommittee 2/8/00 (last of minutes from old subcommittee format) **

2. Election of Working Committee chairperson **

3. Update on planning for regional bicycle/alternative transportation conference **

4. Set up procedures/frequency for making BAC reports to the Board of Supervisors Transportation and Land Use Committee **

5. Safe Routes to School Bill - assign BAC member(s) to survey possible uses of available funds in San Francisco, including possible alliances with other organizations **

6. Good Roads Bill, consider endorsement **

7. Review of pedicab licensing process and route authorization, assign BAC member or members to research possible changes **

8. Formation of BAC Outreach bureau, report on contacts with Coalition of SF Neighborhoods **

9. Update of San Francisco Bicycle Plan. Assign member(s)to begin preliminary consideration of sections of existing Plan to be updated. **

10. Report on request for appearance at a BAC meeting by Sgt. Fewer, SFPD **

11. Changes in allocation for Bicycle Transportation Account (Senate Bill 1772).

12. Endorsement of Bay Area Air Quality Management District TFCA 40% Program Manager Fund Applications **
