9.      REVIEW OF PROPOSED BICYCLE COUNT LOCATIONS – Review table and list of proposed bicycle count locations.  The list was forwarded to the Committee at the 7/20 session  Action: Endorsement or recommended revision of count locations

10.  HEARINGS ON THE BIKE NETWORK – Public review of the Network Document for possible changes, as part of an annual activity and early planning in the event of implementation of an EIR of the Bicycle Plan.  The plan is located at index.aspx?page=579; Action: Public discussion of changes.

11.  BAC ADMINISTRATIVE OVERHEAD FUNDING – Susan King ; A proposal for funding of activities supporting the BAC in pursuit of Committee’s mandate to develop a plan for bicycle-related improvements, review bicycle policies & programs, and develop & submit a plan for public outreach and education to the MTA.  Action: Discussion
