7. Article XIV Change (Discussion & Resolution Bert Hill: Change to the Administrative Code for the SF Bicycle Advisory Committee. Proposed changes include: 1) expanding the scope from bicycles (as defined in the California Vehicle Code) to one inclusive of all mobility devices that are legally license-exempt; and 2) Adding an additional voting seat to represent San Francisco youth, given the importance of their participation in the transportation systems of the future.

 

8. SB127 State Highways Complete Streets Bill – Continuing discussion on Senator Scott Wiener’s Bill to ensure State Highways that run through local communities are safe and usable by transit riders, pedestrians, and cyclists

 

9. Spot Projects (Discussion) – Bert Hill: Historically, the BAC maintained a list of small projects that we felt required minimal review, or problems of a clear and present danger needing short-term identification and mitigation. We request the MTA Livable Streets Subdivision report back monthly with a response on mitigation, longer-term planning, or refusal to act.
