Upon motion by Commissioner Cullum, the Board voted 4-0-1 (Commissioner El Qadah absent) to OVERRULE the denial and GRANT the subject permit on CONDITION that the replacement trees be listed on the "Street Tree Planting Guide" which is issued by the Urban Forestry Division of the Department of Public Works.
