PUBLIC NOTICE OF CANCELLED MEETING &
AMENDMENT TO RULES OF BOARD

The Board of Appeals has cancelled the regular meeting of Wednesday, October 31, 2001. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 7, 2001, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall, Room 416, One Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place.

Furthermore, the Board of Appeals intends to hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday November 14, 2001 in Room 416, City Hall, to amend the Rules of the Board, Article I Meetings Section I, to change the time for their meetings from 5:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The public is invited to submit letters and to testify on the matter at that time up to three minutes.

Copies of the Board’s Rules may be obtained at the Board office at 1660 Mission Street, Room 3036.

Any questions concerning the scheduling of hearings or any other permit appeal matter may be directed to the Board staff at 1660 Mission Street, Room 3036, telephone 575-6880 or fax 575-6885.
