Upon motion by Commissioner Cullum, the Board voted 4-1 (Commissioner McInerney dissented) to GRANT the subject permit on CONDITION that the size of the words "Money Mart" and "Western Union" stay unchanged, and with the words "Check Cashing" and "Payday Loans" be displayed underneath the words "Money Mart" and "Western Union" with no greater than two inch type face.
