Vacant Seats and renewal process  [Discussion]
Currently four vacant seats

Seat 1: Must be a representative of a low-income family who lives with his or her family in the Central Market Street and Tenderloin Area or in District 6.
Seat 3: Must have expertise in job creation and/or workforce development, for a term to be determined
Seat 4: Must be a senior or disabled resident of the Central Market Street and Tenderloin Area or in District 6 bounded on the southern side by 13th Street and Townsend Street.
Seat 9: Must have expertise in commercial real estate and leasing within the Central Market Street and Tenderloin Area.

General Public Comment
At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.

The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:

• briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
• requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
• directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

DISABILITY ACCESS

City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B Goodlett Place, is between Grove and McAllister Streets and is wheelchair accessible. The closest BART and MUNI Metro Station is Civic Center, about three blocks away. Accessible MUNI lines nearest City Hall are: 42 Downtown Loop, 49 Van Ness-Mission and F-Market & MUNI Metro (Civic Center Station). There is accessible parking available in the vicinity of City Hall.
