3. CAO Update
- Jack Gallagher is working with new and renewal companies on draft community benefit agreements for 2018.

4. Presentation by Community Liaisons [Discussion]
- Mircosoft/Yammer:
i. Staff Liaison from Microsoft/Yammer presented on the companies end of year work in the community and discussed how the company is looking to work with community stakeholders on new and continued partnerships. They asked for community input on how to expand their local purchasing footprint and asked the community for suggestions and recommendations.
- Twitter:
i. Twitter Staff Liaison presented and gave updates on their community work. They also presented on information and discussed the success of the Neighborhood Nest, by presenting information on the numbers of individuals using the center, programing, and staff participation. 

5. Presentation by Community Liaisons on New/Renewal Community Benefit Agreements [Discussion & Action]
- Lever. Inc.
i. Staff representatives discussed changes to their draft agreement which included additional support for neighborhood schools and increase their commitment to volunteer hours. The committee gave a provisional positive recommendation pending some small corrections that needed to be made.
- Fitness SF Mid – Market
i. Staff representative gave an overview of corrections made to their CBA since the last meeting. Their corrections where to clarify numbers not listed in their previous draft agreement. The committee gave a provisional positive recommendation pending some small corrections to key features within their agreement.
- Spotify Inc.
i. Staff representatives discussed their CBA agreement. Their agreement had some large changes compared to previous years, after receiving public comment and input from the community on better ways to help the neighborhood. In their agreement they added support for local area schools and to work with other CBA companies on ways to support local schools.
- PAE Engineers
i. Representatives of PAE discussed and presented on their CBA. In PAE’s CBA they added support for local area schools and STEAM education. They added pro bono work with housing organizations in area to provided support in building upgrades and energy efficiency retrofits.

6. General Public Comment
- At this time, members of the public may address the Citizens Advisory Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee but do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee when the item is reached in the meeting. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes.

The Brown Act forbids a Committee from taking action or discussing any item not appearing on the posted agenda, including those items raised at Public Comment. In response to public comment on an item that is not on the agenda, the Committee is limited to:

• briefly responding to statements made or questions posed by members of the public, or
• requesting staff to report back on a matter at a subsequent meeting, or
• directing staff to place the item on a future agenda. (Government Code Section 54954.2(a).)

City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B Goodlett Place, is between Grove and McAllister Streets and is wheelchair accessible. The closest BART and MUNI Metro Station is Civic Center, about three blocks away. Accessible MUNI lines nearest City Hall are: 42 Downtown Loop, 49 Van Ness-Mission and F-Market & MUNI Metro (Civic Center Station). There is accessible parking available in the vicinity of City Hall.
