1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 9:37 a.m.
Present: District Attorney’s Office; Police Department; City Administrator’s Office; Department on the Status of Women; Adult Probation Department
Absent: Department of Emergency Management; Mayor’s Office; Juvenile Probation Department; Sheriff’s Department; Department of Technology; Public Defender’s Office; Superior Court

2. Adoption of Agenda - Action Item

The agenda for the April 23, 2015 meeting was adopted.

3. Adoption of Meeting Minutes - Action Item

The minutes for the May 28, 2015 meeting were adopted.

4. Executive Sponsor Update: City Administrator's Office – Discussion

The Mayor’s Office budget update on Monday included $250,000 for JUSTIS infrastructure and did not include the $305,000 requested for a disaster recovery site. Moving production equipment to 1011 Turk St has been rescheduled from the end of June to the end of August. The City Administrator’s Office also presented information about the overall status of each department’s connection to the JUSTIS Hub and a summary of the projects the JUSTIS team is working on.

5. Technical Steering Committee Update - Discussion

The JUSTIS team is working on the Hub upgrade to move from Oracle version 10 to version 12. The team is also preparing to move production equipment to Turk St.

6. Case Management System Updates – Discussion

Department on the Status of Women
DoSW is working on a grant application that would support their lethality risk assessment smartphone application. There is a planned meeting on Domestic Violence in June.

Juvenile Probation
Not present.

District Attorney
The DA’s Office is working on the business and technical analysis of the charging process. 

Public Defender
Not present.

Police Department
The Police Department resolved problems with Level 2 access caused by a Microsoft issue. The new Crime Data Warehouse environment is undergoing testing. They hope Crime Data Warehouse 3.0 can go live June 16, 2015.

Sheriff's Department
Not present. 

Adult Probation
The Supervised Release File (SRF) application has completed testing. APD can share their court calendars with other departments—including the Public Defender’s Office and District Attorney’s Office—as backup calendar.

Superior Court
The Superior Court is doing final development work on their Traffic Court system. They expect to go live at the end of August. Business analysis for the Criminal Court system is completed. They expect to have the Criminal Court data structure completed by the end of September.
