1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 9:39 a.m.
Present: District Attorney’s Office; Police Department; City Administrator’s Office; Adult Probation Department; Public Defender’s Office; Superior Court
Absent: Department of Emergency Management; Mayor’s Office; Juvenile Probation Department; Sheriff’s Department; Department of Technology; Department on the Status of Women

2. Adoption of Agenda - Action Item

The agenda for the June 25th meeting was adopted.

3. Adoption of Meeting Minutes - Action Item

The minutes for the May 28, 2015 meeting were adopted.

4. Executive Sponsor Update: City Administrator's Office – Discussion

The City Administrator’s Office is working on an application for a Department of Justice Technology Innovations in Public Safety Grant. JUSTIS staff met with the Sheriff’s Department Central Warrants Bureau, the Police ID Bureau, and Police technology leadership to discuss business processes and the end of CMS.

5. Technical Steering Committee Update - Discussion

The JUSTIS team is continuing to work on development of the XML to connect with DAMION as well as auditing for the CORI applications.

6. Case Management System Updates – Discussion

Department on the Status of Women
Not present.

Juvenile Probation
Not present.

District Attorney
The DA’s Office is working with their vendor to complete the XML for the integration of DAMION and the JUSTIS Hub.

Public Defender
Working on obtaining a test server for GIDEON.

Police Department
The Crime Data Warehouse is undergoing additional testing.

Sheriff's Department
Not present.

Adult Probation
The Supervised Release File system is expected to go live in September, 2015.

Superior Court
The Superior Court is doing final development work on their Traffic Court system. For the Criminal Court system they will begin data mapping against the existing CMS system in September.
