1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 10:03 a.m.

Present: District Attorney’s Office; Police Department; City Administrator’s Office; Adult Probation Department; Public Defender’s Office; Superior Court. Sheriff’s Department
Absent: Department of Emergency Management; Mayor’s Office; Juvenile Probation Department; Department on the Status of Women; Department of Technology

2. Adoption of Agenda - Action Item

The agenda for the February 25, 2016 meeting was adopted.

3. Adoption of Meeting Minutes - Action Item

The minutes for the January 28, 2016 meeting were adopted.

4. Executive Sponsor Update: City Administrator's Office – Discussion

None.

5. Technical Steering Committee Update - Discussion

The JUSTIS team has been working on research for the Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorney’s Office. The team is working on the upgrade to the Oracle infrastructure and is exploring other service options. JUSTIS worked on supporting the Sheriff’s Department effort to upgrade to version 10.2 of their Jail Management System. JUSTIS is also working on the Active Directory structure to support

Juvenile Probation
Not present.

District Attorney
The District Attorney’s Office is working on reviewing the 2016 changes to statues.

Public Defender
Nothing to report.

Police Department
The Police Department is about sign the fifth update to their Oracle contract for Crime Data Warehouse.

Sheriff's Department
The Sheriff’s Department is still working on upgrading their New Worlds System software to version 10.2.

Adult Probation
The Adult Probation Department deployed a patch to their COMPAS system and is planning to move to on premise hosting in March. 

Superior Court
The Court received 5 years of CMS data from JUSTIS. The Court would like to review XML documents from other departments to better understand data transfer specifications.
