  1. Call to Order

    The meeting was called to order at 10:04 a.m.

    Present: City Administrator’s Office; Public Defender’s Office; Superior Court; Sheriff’s Department; Department on the Status of Women; Adult Probation Department
    Absent: Department of Emergency Management; Juvenile Probation Department; District Attorney’s Office,; Mayor’s Office; Department of Technology; Police Department;
     
  2. Adoption of Agenda - Action Item
    The agenda for the April 24, 2016 meeting was adopted.
     
  3. Adoption of Meeting Minutes - Action Item
    The minutes for the March 24, 2016 meeting were adopted.
     
  4. Executive Sponsor Update: City Administrator's Office – Discussion
    We are still in budget season.
     
  5. Technical Steering Committee Update - Discussion
    The JUSTIS team re-activated the VM for the DoSW portal following the Turk St move. The JUSTIS team is developing a mobile web survey tool for DoSW. There is a meeting on May 5th regarding statutes. The team is looking at ideas for addressing Level 2 dependencies. The calendar hosting app has been completed. They are working on Cable 3 reports for APD and The DA and will start rolling out drafts for review over the next month.
     
  6. Case Management System Updates – Discussion

    Department on the Status of Women
    DoSW staff met with the JUSTIS team.

    Juvenile Probation
    Not present.

    District Attorney
    The DA’s Office is working to identify someone to leas the LiveScan statute review.

    Public Defender
    Working on rebuilding their testing site.

    Police Department
    None.

    Sheriff's Department
    The Sheriff’s Department is working with NWS to fix the XML issues with the JUSTIS feed.

    Adult Probation
    COMPAS is on premises at ADP. The department has deployed new mobile devices.

    Superior Court
    The Courts are working on a final patch for their Traffic Court system. They are about a month away from development sessions and requirements work on their criminal system.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:3o a.m.
