Explore what the Board of Supervisors could do to get a California Department of Fish and Game warden assigned to San Francisco to address local animal issues that fall outside of the purview of our city’s Animal Care and Control Department. Determine how the Commission should proceed with a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.

b. An emergency request to the SF Board of Supervisors for an immediate injunction against the SF/SPCA Feral Cat Assistance Program relating to the illegal abandonment of animals under CA Penal Code 597s.
