Commission on:

    1. current and past job descriptions for Mr. Tolbert;
    2. the steps the department took to locate the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ);
    3. the actual duties performed by Mr. Tolbert as
      reflected on the JAQ at the time, and
    4. the narrowing of Mr. Tolbert's assigned duties when the purpose of the reorganization was the cross-training of staff.

continue the item and requested it be heard today.
