REQUEST TO SPEAK ON ANY MATTER WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

Alice Fialkin, President, TWU, Local 250-A spoke on PSC# 4223-00/01 and requested that the Commission rescind its earlier action to allow them to meet and confer with the Municipal
Transportation Agency.

Paul Lovette, Municipal Transportation Agency, indicated there would be some delay to the project and they will work with the Transport Workers Union.

Action: The Commission rescinded its earlier action approving PSC# 4223-00/01 and is
scheduling to hear PSC# 4223-00/01 at its meeting of August 7, 2000.
