(2)      Adopt the Human Resources Director’s report on PSC #4076-07/08 on the condition that the Children and Families Commission shall meet with IFPTE Local 21 prior to December 31, 2010 to discuss whether the work performed under this contract should or should not be contracted out permanently.  Notify the offices of the Controller and the Office of Contract Administration.  (Vote of 4 to 0)
