Postpone action on the Fiscal Year 2002-03 Budget Request to the meeting of February 11, 2002. The Civil Service Commission directed the Executive Officer to continue working with the Mayor’s’ Office as the projected budget is inadequate to carry out the mission and the Charter mandates of the department.
