I. The Special Meeting convened at 9:14 a.m.

Commissioner Casper presided.

II. Public comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.

None.

III. Vote on whether to hold closed session to confer with legal counsel (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(d) and pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9) - Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation. (ACTION ITEM)

Action: The Commission voted to conduct a closed session.
