I. The Special Meeting Convened at 1:40 p.m.

Present: Commissioner Donald A. Casper

Excused: Commissioner Adrienne Pon

Commissioner Rosabella Safont presided.

II. Public comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.

None.

III. Vote on whether to hold closed session to confer with the designated labor negotiator (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10 (e). (Action Item)

Action: The Commission voted to conduct a closed session.

(Vote of 4 to 0)

Closed Session started at 1:40 p.m. in City Hall, Room 416 and the following were present:

The Commissioners have been provided proposed Rules under discussion. The Commissioners may be provided with additional information on the proposals at this meeting.
