REQUEST TO SPEAK ON ANY MATTER WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

 

 

Commissioner Casper inquired whether the Civil Service Commission should take a look into the subject of the Expediters in the Department of Building Inspection to see what they are doing, and more specifically, if they are performing any work which is in the province of a classification in our Merit System.
