Public Comment on all matters pertaining to the Agenda item and the potential closed session.

Criss Romero, IFPTE, Local 21, informed the Commission about the grievance they have filed with the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD); he also spoke about a laid off City employee who was released from probation after bumping a SFUSD employee. SFUSD’s refusal to allow a City employee with higher seniority to bump a SFUSD employee with less seniority is a violation of merit system Rules.

Vote on whether to invoke the attorney-client privilege and go into closed session pursuant to California Government Code Sections 54956.9(b) [significant exposure to litigation] and 54956.9(c) [potential initiation of litigation] and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(d)(2).
