I. The Special Meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m.

III. Hearing on the determination of jurisdiction of the Civil Service Commission on the appeal filed by Tammy Haygood on the decision of the Elections Commission to terminate her employment. (File No. 0365-02-7)
