REQUEST TO SPEAK ON ANY MATTER WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

   

Spike Kahn, IFPTE Local 21 spoke on as-needed Personal Services Contracts in Public Utilities Commission requesting inventory or audit to as-needed contracts approved by the Civil Service Commission on scope of work and Public Utilities Commission Department using contracts for
another scope of work.

Directed Executive Officer to inquire into circumstances of the contract. Calendar and report on
result of inquiry and inspection for action at the next Regular meeting.
