The Special Meeting was called to order at 3:11 p.m.

Public Comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.

|
Joseph Engler spoke that Charter Section 10.104 has been forgotten and it is a limiting section for department heads. He stated that discrimination is official misconduct and the Commission must have the ability to act and enforce the Rules.

Civil Service Commission Strategic Planning Retreat. Commissioners have been provided with copies of Charter Sections 10.100 through 10.105, 8A.104 and A8.409, the Civil Service Commission Mission and Vision Statement, and an Outline of Discussion.
