COMMISSIONERS’ ANNOUNCEMENTS/REQUESTS  (Item No 13)

Commissioner Boatwright inquired about the pagination and layout of the staff reports to the Commissioners.  She asked if there is a better system of filing the material where it will be easier to follow.  She requested staff to search for a method that would provide the Commissioners the ability to quickly search for a document during the meeting.

Commissioner Casper echoed Commissioner Boatwright’s request and further stated that one practical solution would be to get a Bates Stamp.  It’s for numbering pages and it changes automatically so that when attention is called to a particular page we can just look at that number.

Commissioner Normandy suggested that each section be date stamped separately.

Commissioner Jung requested that the same material not be copied over and over again.
