The Commission gave directions to the staff that a special meeting be held after normal work hours in the last week of February or the first week of March, including notices to community groups; and requested a progress report at its next meeting of March 3, 2003.

adoption and certification of the eligible list resulting from this process, prior service of Mr. McGowan be credited from his start work date of July 23, 2001 to his new certification date;
3) Authorize the Director of Transportation to take administrative action to implement the intent of these Commission actions and adjust records accordingly; 4) Directed that previous
successful completion of probationary period be accepted and that new probationary period not be required, and; 5) Notify
affected employee, employee organization, the Director of Transportation, the Human Resources Director and the
