(1) Andre Spearman, SEIU Local 790 asked for clarification on whether he would be allowed to speak on Agenda Item #8 at a later time.

(2) Spike Kahn, IFPTE Local 21 requested that the Commissioners scrutinize the proposed personal services contracts to insure that civil service classes are not able to perform the work.
