II. Public comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.
Patrick Skain spoke inquiring about the process and whether public comment will be received prior to the Commission making a decision.
III. Proposed amendments to Civil Service Commission Rules Applicable to the Uniformed Ranks of the Fire Department, specifically Rule 313 - Certification of Eligibles.
