John Moran, Business Representative, Machinist Lodge No. 1414 requested that the Commission not take action on Agenda Item No. #12 to allow him to negotiate with the Director of Transportation of the Municipal Transportation Agency on the
impact of the Commission’s decision on the Maintenance Controller Job Code. The Commission indicated that its decision would not close any future discussion with the Director of Transportation, Municipal Transportation Agency.
