(3)      Approve request for proposed personal services contract #4070-09/10 on the condition that the Department of Technology submit quarterly reports to the Commission identifying the projects or type of work which has been contracted out or will be contracted out under this request and the dollar amount of each request, with notifications to SEIU Local 1021 where applicable.  Notify the offices of the Controller and the Office of Contract Administration.

Adopt the Human Resources Director’s report on PSC #2012-08/09 on the condition that the Department of Public Health report back to the Commission at the meeting of July 6, 2009 on the progress of incorporating 2819 Health Educators into the work.  Notify the offices of the Controller and the Purchaser. 

 

 

 

July 6, 2009:

COMMISSIONERS’ ANNOUNCEMENTS/REQUESTS

 

President Morgan Gorrono requested a report and presentation from the Department of Human Resources regarding bumping rights and how it works to be scheduled at the next meeting.

 

He also requested that a copy of the original personal service contract be attached with the follow-up report from the department.
