Minutes of Special Meeting - Closed Session

I. The Special Meeting convened at 12:00 p.m.

Present: Commissioner Donald A. Casper

Commissioner Morgan R. Gorrono (arrived at 1:24 p.m.)

Commissioner Adrienne Pon

Commissioner Rosabella Safont

Commissioner Linda Richardson

Commissioner Casper presided.

II. Public comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.

None.

III. Vote on whether to hold closed session to confer with legal counsel (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(d) and pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9) - Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation. (Action Item)

Action: The Commission voted to conduct a closed session.

(Vote of 4 to 0)

Closed Session started at p.m. 12:01 in City Hall, Room 400 and the following were present :

Action: The Commission voted not to disclose any or all discussions held in closed session. (Vote of 5 to 0)

IV. General Public Comment on Any Matter Within the Subject Matter Jurisdiction of the Civil Service Commission.
