II. Public comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.
None.
III. Vote on whether to hold closed session to confer with legal counsel (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(d) and pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9)
- Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation; and, to confer with the designated labor negotiator San Francisco Administrative Code 67.10 (e).
Action: The Commission voted to conduct a closed session. (Vote of 4 to 0)
