Action:
1. Adopt Legislative Findings on the proposed amendments to Civil Service Commission Rule 313 - Certification of Eligibles - Applicable to the Uniformed Ranks of the San Francisco Fire Department. (Vote of 4 to 1; Commissioner Casper dissents.)
2. Adopt proposed amendments to Civil Service Commission Rules Applicable to the Uniformed Ranks of the San Francisco Fire Department, Rule 313 - Certification of Eligibles. (Vote of 4 to 1; Commissioner Casper dissents.)
3. Adopted for further clarification that prior to the issuance of any job announcement, secondary criteria shall be presented to the Civil Service Commission for its approval in advance and will be discussed in open session with all parties interested. (Vote of 5 to 0)
