SF City ID Card - Online Appointment
With this system you can:
- Create a User Login and Password.
- Locate available dates and times.
- Make an appointment and receive an appointment confirmation by email and/or print a paper copy.
- Cancel an existing appointment and make a new appointment.
- Appointment system will allow each User to have one active appointment in the system.
- You cannot reschedule an existing appointment. However, you may cancel your existing appointment and choose a new available date and time.
- Appointments may be made up to 90 days in advance.
Please Note: If you do not have access to the Internet or need assistance with making an appointment, please call 3-1-1 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.
Once you arrive at our office.
Each applicant must present:
- Valid Proof of Identity No exceptions.
- Valid Proof of San Francisco Residence. No exceptions.
