To our valued clients: During this time of heightened health alert due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) our office is temporarily closed to the public until further notice. We are available to assist you by phone. Please call us at (866) 901-3212 if you have questions about your case or would like to make a payment. Our phone hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. Make your payments online here or by calling (866) 901-3212. If you are dropping off documents, please leave them in the mail slot. Pending court matters and scheduled appointments will be rescheduled. Please do not contact the court. You will receive additional information from our office by phone and/ or email. Access case information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Customer Connect here. We appreciate your understanding while our community works together to stop the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). Pay at our office using our kiosk. A new kiosk is now available for cash and credit/debit card payments at our office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Any child support payment amount submitted above the amount due will be credited to the customer’s account according to State allocation requirements.
Customer Connect has new features to make it easier to manage your case. Electronically receive payment information, appointment information, and select documents. Enroll in eCommunications to receive notifications directly to your email.
The Department of Child Support Service (DCSS) provides the following services:
- Establish paternity
- Establish child and medical support orders
- Enforce/modify child and medical support orders
- Collect and distribute child and spousal support payments
