C.Upwardly Global      Camille Ramani                                       10 min.
Ms. Ramani, Deputy Director and Chief Technology Officer, will discuss the work of her organization and its impact on immigrant women in the Bay Area.

D. Strategic Plan        President Shorter                                        5 min.
Explanatory document - 2005-2008 Strategic Plan
President Shorter will open a discussion of the Strategic Planning session scheduled for July 28, 2006.
Action: To appoint a commissioner to spearhead the planning process.

This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission's purview as well as to suggest new agenda items for Commission's future consideration.
