b. Report on the Labor Conditions of Exotic Dancers
Commissioner Evans 15 min.
The Commission will hear an update on work being done regarding the labor conditions of the exotic dancers and review a resolution to the Board of Supervisors asking for changes to City codes regarding booths and stage fees.
Action: To approve a resolution to the Board of Supervisors.

a. Outreach Efforts to Immigrant Communities Commissioner Lee 15 min.
The Commission will discuss what outreach efforts to immigrant communities are taking place by the Commission and the Department.
b. New California Media Sandy Close 10 min.
Ms. Close will discuss ways ethnic media can assist in outreach efforts to the immigrant communities.
c. Neighborhood Commission Meetings Commissioner Marks 5 min.
The Commission will discuss scheduling a future Commission meeting in a City neighborhood.
Action: To chose a date to have a COSW meeting in a City neighborhood.
d. Performance Evaluation President Shorter 10 min.
The Commission will discuss and approve the evaluation criteria and establish an evaluation timeline for the Executive Director.

11. CLOSED SESSION DISCUSSION/ACTION 10 MIN
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL. Pursuant to Government Code Sections 54956.9(a) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(d)(1), the Commission will meet in closed session to confer with legal counsel.

The Board of Supervisors has amended the Sunshine Ordinance by adding provision 67A.1. The provision is effective as of January 21, 2001.
