            Dawn Surratt, RN, CNS-CH, Program Manager for the Avon Comprehensive Breast Health Program, and Judith A. Luce, MD, Medical Oncology Director, will provide an overview of   services provided by the breast program at the San Francisco General Hospital. 

 

            C.        Healthy San Francisco                                                Tangerine Brigham                15 min.

            Tangerine Brigham, Director of Healthy San Francisco, will provide an update on the implementation of     San Francisco's landmark universal health access program.

 

            D.        Southeast Health Center Presentation                                  Veronica Shepard                   15 min.

            Veronica Shepard, community health worker, will provide an overview of services provided at the

            Southeast Health Center.

This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission’s purview as well as to suggest new agenda items for Commission’s future consideration.
