A. Adult Probation Response to Court Compliance Study Dorka Keehn 10 min.
Commissioner Keehn will report on the Panel's meeting with Interim Chief of Adult Probation Art Faro regarding Dr. JoAnn McAllister's study of offender compliance with court-ordered batterer intervention.

Dr. Murase will provide a brief update on the status of the victim notification system proposal.

C. Ethnic Media Roundtable Marily Mondejar 10 min.
Marily Mondejar will provide a report on the Ethnic Media Roundtable on Domestic Violence in the API Community, held on March 15, 2006.

D. Domestic Violence Safety and Accountability Audit 15 min.
Trish Erwin, Safety Audit Coordinator, will report on the status of the Safety & Accountability Audit.
Action: To approve the audit question - "If we believe that certain factors make a particular domestic violence victim more vulnerable, how do we know those factors exist and how, then, do we adapt our response?"

E. Domestic Violence Cross-Training Institute Dr. Emily Murase 5 min.
Dr. Murase will provide an update on the partnership with the Blue Shield of California Foundation to create a Domestic Violence Cross-Training Institute.

A. Meeting with Judge Cynthia Lee, Domestic Violence Court Beverly Upton 10 min.
Beverly Upton will report on the Oversight Panel meeting with Judge Cynthia Lee held on March 2, 2006, and discuss next steps.

Dr. Murase will report on meeting with Allen Nance, Interim Director of the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice, and provide an update on the status of the violence prevention budget supplemental.
