NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
TO THE BYLAWS OF THE ELECTIONS COMMISSION

TO BE ACTED UPON AT THE MEETING OF JUNE 19, 2013

This notice is issued pursuant to San Francisco Charter Section 4.104 (a)(1) and San Francisco Elections Commission Bylaws Article XIII, which require circulation of proposed bylaws amendments to all Commissioners and notice to the public at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting where the motion to amend is made.

The San Francisco Elections Commission will discuss and vote upon proposed bylaws amendments at its meeting of June 19, 2013, in City Hall, Room 408. The proposed bylaws are included as Attachment A. A redline draft showing changes to the existing bylaws is included as Attachment B.
