Members of the public may address the Commission on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. With respect to agenda items, members of the public may address the Commission for up to three minutes at the time such item is called.
- Review and Approve the minutes of October 6, 2009 and October 20, 2009. [Action Item]
- Report from the Executive Director. Public Safety Cluster Task Force, Halloween citywide, and the Noise Task Force. Vajra Granelli report on recent venue sound inspections and report of activities by staff. [Discussion]
- Hearing and Possible Action regarding applications for permits under the jurisdiction of the entertainment commission. [Action item]

- Police Department Comments & Questions. [Discussion Item]
(This item allows any member of the SFPD to address the Commission regarding matters related to nightlife and public safety).
- Discussion and Possible action to revise the Entertainment Commission’s Good Neighbor Policy to read: In addition, a manager or other responsible person shall maintain a cell phone number for at least two hours after the close of business to allow for police and emergency personnel or other City personnel to contact that person concerning incidents that have occurred at establishment. [Action Item]
- Discussion and Possible action to adopt recommendations by subcommittee on the issue of the Pre-Application Process: Proposed change to the application process for Place of Entertainment and Extended Hours Premises permits, requiring applicants to have a pre-application formal outreach process to neighbors and neighborhood groups. [Action Item]
