1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 9:38 a.m.

Present: District Attorney’s Office; Police Department; City Administrator’s Office; Adult Probation Department; Public Defender’s Office; Superior Court; Department of Technology
Absent: Department of Emergency Management; Mayor’s Office; Juvenile Probation Department; Department on the Status of Women

2. Adoption of Agenda - Action Item

The agenda for the December 3, 2015 meeting was adopted.

3. Adoption of Meeting Minutes - Action Item

The minutes for the October 28, 2015, meeting were adopted.

4. Executive Sponsor Update: City Administrator's Office – Discussion

The last equipment for the move of production to 1011 Turk street has been installed and testing will begin shortly.

5. Technical Steering Committee Update - Discussion

Recent network issues were likely due to work being done to prepare for the move to 1011 Turk Street. The specifications for the data connection from the new Court Case Management System to CMS have been completed. Owens Information Systems will now begin working on building the interface, which they expect to take four months. One member of the JUSTIS team is now focused on the Oracle upgrade work.

Testing for the move to 1011 Turk Street will start on December 7th with a target date of December 20th for the production network cutover test.

6. Case Management System Updates – Discussion

Juvenile Probation
Not present.

District Attorney
Nothing to report.

Public Defender
Issues with server authentication were identified and addressed over the weekend of November 28, 2015.

Police Department
Nothing to report.

Sheriff's Department
The Department has made a number of support calls mostly related to network issues and they hope this will no longer be an issue after the production move to 1011 Turk Street.

Adult Probation
The Adult Probation Department is going though an upgrade of their COMPAS system to a new version and is targeting completion by the end of 2015. They also want to work with JUSTIS and Owns Information Systems to review how probationers with bench warrants are tracked in CMS and how this may   impact the automated alerts they receive.

Superior Court
The new Traffic Court system is live. The Court’s vendor is reviewing the CMS data dictionary. A technical discussion of Traffic Court data structure should be held in January.

7. District Attorney’s Office Calendar Project - Action Item

The District Attorney’s office is no longer pursuing this project.
