1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 9:33 a.m.

Present: Adult Probation; District Attorney; Police; Public Defender; Superior Court; City Administrator; Department on the Status of Women; Department of Technology

Absent: Department of Emergency Management; Mayor’s Office; Juvenile Probation; Sheriff’s Department

2. Adoption of Agenda - Action Item

The agenda was adopted.

3. Adoption of Meeting Minutes - Action Item

Minutes from the meeting held on January 22, 2015 were approved.

4. Executive Sponsor Update: City Administrator's Office – Discussion

Several purchase orders are being processed, including a server migration for the Sheriff’s Department JMS system. Planning continues to move JUSTIS infrastructure from the 5th floor of 200 Paul Street to 1011 Turk Street. The City Administrator’s Office presented the proposed FY16 and FY17 budget that was submitted to the Mayor’s Office.

5. Technical Steering Committee Update - Discussion

The 2015 statute changes are ready to implement once BSC codes and bail changes have been identified. Work on the bi-directional exchange with the District Attorney’s Office is continuing.
JUSTIS is working on integrating applications with Active Directory and creating audit documentation.

6. Case Management System Updates – Discussion

Department on the Status of Women

The Department on the Status of Women will set up a series of meetings on domestic violence data.

Juvenile Probation

None.

District Attorney

The District Attorney’s Office is interested in having JUSTIS develop a stay away order lookup system. This issue will be discussed at the Technical Steering Committee.

Public Defender

The Public Defender’s Office is working on new server testing.

Police Department

The upgrade to the new version of the Crime Data Warehouse is delayed by several weeks. The target date for the move to the new Public Safety Building is March 17th.

Sheriff's Department

None.

Adult Probation

There is no update on a new case management system. The JUSTIS team set up a new server environment for Adult Probation.
Superior Court

Work on business requirements for the criminal court system is underway.
