MINUTES OF JUNE 6, 2001 PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
of the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Commission
at Youth Guidance Center Conference Room

1. (ACTION) Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 4:30pm by Comm. Hale. Comms. Aramburo and Chuck were present at the gavel. Comm. Ricci arrived at 5:00pm Comms. Grossman and Dupre were excused.

2. (DISCUSSION) Public Comment on matters pertaining to closed session.
There was none.

3. (ACTION) Convene in Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code § 549547.6, and San Francisco Administrative Code § 67.10(b):
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Position: Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, Jesse E. Williams, Jr.

The Commission convened in Closed session to do the evaluation.

4. (ACTION) Reconvene in open session and vote whether any or all of the discussion held in closed session will be disclosed. (SF. Admin. Code § 67.12(a)
The Commission reconvened in open session and decided by a vote of 4-0 that they would not disclose any of the discussion held in closed session.

5. (ACTION) Report on any action taken with respect to employee, in closed session. (SF Admin Code § 67.12(b)).
There was no report on any action taken.

6. (DISCUSSION) Public Comments on any matter within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Juvenile Probation Commission.
There was none.

7. (ACTION) Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45pm
