3. (ACTION) Convene in Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code § 549547.6, and San Francisco Administrative Code § 67.10(b):
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Position: Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, Jesse E. Williams, Jr.
4. (ACTION) Reconvene in open session and vote whether any or all of the discussion held in closed session will be disclosed. (SF. Admin. Code § 67.12(a).
5. (ACTION) Report on any action taken with respect to employee, in closed session. (SF Admin Code § 67.12(b)).
6. (DISCUSSION) Public Comments on any matter within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Juvenile Probation Commission.
7. (ACTION) Adjournment
