(ACTION) Roll Call
The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:45pm. Comm. Hale was present at the gavel, Comm. Richard arrived afterward. Comms. Ricci, Bonilla, Chuck, Connolly were excused. There was no quorum. The Chair announced that at a late hour, he was informed by Comm Ricci that she was unable to attend tonight’s meeting, thus resulting in lack of a quorum. The Chair carried on an informal informational exchange. R. Sanchez interrupted and advised that the Chair first adjourn and if they wanted to have informal discussion elsewhere, they could do that.
The Chair adjourned the meeting (for lack of quorum) at 5:59pm.
All items will be revisited at the next regularly scheduled Commission meeting.
