a.         Public Comment on all matters pertaining to Agenda Item 5, including any comment pertaining to the Juvenile Probation Commission Secretary appointment or whether to hold the meeting in closed session.

 

b.         Vote on whether to hold closed session. (ACTION ITEM)

 

c.         Discussion and deliberations to make an offer of employment or take other action.

         The Commission will hear public comment on all agenda items before or during discussion of the item. The period of time allowed for public comment may be modified by the Chair in the interest of fairness to all those wishing to address the Commission.
