Members of the public may address the Commission for up to three minutes on any matter within the Commission’s jurisdiction but do not appear on the agenda. Speakers shall address their remarks to the Commission as a whole and not to individual Commissioners or Department personnel. The lack of a response by the Commissioners or Department personnel does not necessarily constitute agreement with or support of statements made during public comment.

Discussion and possible action to set Commission goals. Identify and prioritize key objectives and timelines for achievement.
6. Public Relations Strategy – President Stiglich to lead discussion (DISCUSSION ONLY & POSSIBLE ACTION) – discussion and possible action to engage community representatives
7. Fiscal Issues regarding Juvenile Probation Commission Bank Accounts/Funds – Commissioner Beijen to lead discussion (DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION) – determine funds remaining and how to manage them appropriately.
8. Reports to the Commission (DISCUSSION ONLY)
- Presentation of the Department’s Organizational Development Project – Mark Morris Associates
