(ACTION) Pursuant to Govt. Code 54957.7, announcement of closed session.

Convene in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code section 54957 and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10, to consider:

                                    PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT/HIRING 

                                    Discussion and possible action to forward nominations for position of 
                                    Interim Chief Probation Officer for appointment by the Mayor.

                                    The Interim Chief will serve as the department head for the San                                             Francisco Juvenile Probation Department until the Commission and
                                    Mayor act to make a permanent appointment following a national
                                    search.

(ACTION) Reconvene in Open Session, pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1, and Admin. Code Section 67.10. Vote whether to disclose any or all discussion held in Closed Session (San Francisco Admin. Code Section 67.12(a)), and disclosure of action taken in closed session.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE SUNSHINE ORDINANCE

DISABILITY ACCESS

There is accessible parking at the following locations: two(2) designated blue curb spaces on the southwest corner of McAllister Street at Van Ness Avenue;  the Performing Arts Garage (entrance on Grove Street between Franklin and Gough Streets), and at Civic Center Plaza Garage.
