1. (ACTION) Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 8:11 a.m.

Comm.Chuck was excused, and Hale was absent. Comm. Dupre arrived at 8:14 a.m.

2. (DISCUSSION) Public Comment on matters pertaining to closed session.
There was none.

3. (ACTION) Convene in Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code § 549547.6, and San Francisco Administrative Code § 67.10(b):

PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Position: Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, Jesse E. Williams, Jr.

The Committee adjourned into closed session.
4. (ACTION) Reconvene in open session and vote whether any or all of the discussion held in closed session will be disclosed. (SF. Admin. Code § 67.12(a).
Motion to not disclose discussion held. Vote result: 5-0 for the motion.

5. (ACTION) Report on any action taken with respect to employee, in closed session.
(SF Admin Code § 67.12(b)).
There was no report of any action taken.

6. (DISCUSSION) Public Comments on any matter within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Juvenile Probation Commission.
There was none.

7. (ACTION) Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:49 a.m.
